Rates are negotiable for longer stays. A 25% booking deposit, refundable in the event of a cancellation provided that an alternative letting can be secured for the same period pro rata for any portion thereof; otherwise forfeited. A refundable security deposit of R1000 payable with full payment. Full payment no later than two weeks before holiday commences.
